We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Grid Tickets. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
3. Our Role
Look, we love motorsports, burnouts, amplified music and beer as much as the next, but please understand that we are not a motorsports event organizer, promoter, or venue operator. We're a mere digital ticketing platform.
Grid Tickets is a technology platform that provides tools and services to facilitate ticket sales and event management. We are not an event organizer, promoter, or venue operator. We do not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, rent, re-rent, manage, or control any events, nor are we the organizer or promoter of any events listed on our platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any events listed on our platform.
Our platform serves as a marketplace where event organizers can list their events and ticket purchasers can purchase tickets. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate these transactions. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any events listed on our platform, and we are not responsible for any aspect of the events themselves.
As a platform, we:
- Provide technology and tools for event listing and ticket sales
- Process payments and refunds as directed by event organizers
- Maintain the security and functionality of our platform
- Provide customer support for platform-related issues
- Facilitate communication between event organizers and ticket purchasers
- Maintain accurate transaction records
- Ensure compliance with our platform policies

- Manage platform-related disputes

- Venue compliance with local laws and regulations

Event organizers are solely responsible for:
- Creating and managing their event listings

- Providing accurate event information
- Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
- Ensuring venue compliance and permits
- Managing event staff and volunteers
- Providing necessary accommodations
- Handling emergency situations
- Managing event-specific refunds
- Ensuring accessibility compliance
- Maintaining event security
- Obtaining necessary licenses and permits
- Compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Managing event-specific health and safety protocols
- Handling weather-related issues
- Managing venue-specific requirements

- Handling special requests and accommodations

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Grid Tickets is not responsible for any aspect of the events themselves
- All event-related matters are the sole responsibility of the respective event organizers
- You should carefully review all event-specific terms and conditions
- You should contact event organizers directly with any questions about specific events
- You understand that we are not liable for any issues arising from events
- You accept the risks associated with attending events
- You will comply with all event-specific rules and requirements
- You understand that event details may change without notice
- You are responsible for verifying event information independently
- You understand that we are not responsible for event-specific refunds
We recommend that you carefully review all event-specific terms and conditions, and contact event organizers directly with any questions about specific events. We are not responsible for any aspect of the events themselves, and all event-related matters are the sole responsibility of the respective event organizers.
4. User Accounts
Users must create an account to access certain features of our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified by the event organizer. Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers and are subject to their terms.
Important information about ticket sales:
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the event organizer
- Service fees are non-refundable
- Event organizers may set their own refund policies
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
- Duplicate tickets will be voided
- Ticket prices may be subject to additional fees and taxes
- Event organizers may modify event details at any time
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify ticket sales at any time
- Scalping or reselling tickets may be prohibited by law
- Event organizers may implement additional terms and conditions
In the event of a cancelled or postponed event, refund policies will be determined by the event organizer and communicated to ticket holders. We will assist in facilitating the refund process as directed by the event organizer.
We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from event cancellations, postponements, or modifications. Event organizers are solely responsible for communicating changes to ticket holders and managing refund processes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Grid Tickets, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Grid Tickets and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Modify or create derivative works of our software
- Reverse engineer our technology
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
- Remove or alter any copyright notices
- Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
- Create competing products or services
- Use our APIs without proper authorization
- Circumvent any technical measures protecting our content
- Use our content in a way that suggests endorsement
Event organizers retain all rights to their event content, including images, descriptions, and promotional materials. By using our service, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content in connection with our service.
The license you grant us includes the right to:
- Display your content on our platform
- Distribute your content to users
- Modify your content for technical purposes
- Use your content for marketing and promotion
- Archive your content for record-keeping
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRID TICKETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE.
Our liability is limited to:
- The amount paid by you for the specific ticket or service in question
- Direct damages arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct
- Claims covered by our insurance policies
- Damages that are reasonably foreseeable
- Damages that are not excluded by these terms
- Actual damages incurred by you in connection with your use of the service
- Costs of replacement goods or services
- Costs of recovering lost data
- Costs of repairing or replacing damaged property
- Costs of obtaining substitute services
We are not liable for:
- Event cancellations or postponements
- Issues beyond our reasonable control
- Third-party actions or content
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Data loss or security breaches
- Personal injury or property damage
- Emotional distress or mental anguish
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Acts of God or force majeure events
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the service
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content
- User content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party
- Any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these terms
- Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these terms
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge and agree that the foregoing limitations of liability are an essential basis of the bargain and that we would not have entered into these terms without such limitations. You agree that these limitations of liability apply even if the remedies fail of their essential purpose.
If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor."
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform.
Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using our service and delete your account.
We may also modify or discontinue any part of our service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and personal information.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Grid Tickets is headquartered.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement or by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Grid Tickets is headquartered.
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You agree to waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Grid Tickets is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these terms. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Grid Tickets is headquartered.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
13. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by our authorized representative.
14. Assignment
We may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. You may not assign or transfer these terms, or any rights or obligations under these terms, without our prior written consent.
